Cinee ("we," "us," "our") operates the website cinee.com and associated services (the "Platform"). Cinee is a marketplace and creative platform where filmmakers can create, upload, distribute, and monetize AI-generated video content.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Cinee offers Viewer accounts (free) and Creator accounts. Creator accounts enable content uploads, monetization features, and access to Cinee Studio. Additional terms may apply to Creator accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable laws. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Cinee ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Cinee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote Your Content on and through the Platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your AI-generated content complies with the terms of service of the AI tools used to create it. Cinee does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, but you represent that you have the right to upload and monetize all content you submit.
You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes using copyrighted characters, music, likenesses, or other protected materials without proper authorization.
Important: The legal status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. Cinee does not provide legal advice on copyright ownership of AI outputs. We recommend consulting a legal professional regarding the intellectual property status of your content.
Creators earn 70% of net revenue generated from their content through pay-per-view, subscriptions, tips, and licensing transactions. Cinee retains 30% as a platform fee. Revenue share percentages may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.
Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe. To receive payments, you must connect a valid Stripe account and meet the minimum payout threshold of $25.00 USD. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings.
In the event of viewer-initiated refunds or chargebacks, Cinee may deduct the corresponding amount from your creator balance. Repeated chargebacks may result in account review.
Cinee Studio is an optional creative tool that allows creators to produce AI-generated films directly on the Platform. When using Studio:
