We're a small, fast-moving team on a mission to give AI filmmakers the platform they deserve. If that excites you, we should talk.
Work from anywhere. We're a distributed team spanning multiple time zones, with async-first communication.
Competitive salary and meaningful equity. You're building this with us — you should share in the upside.
Many of us are filmmakers ourselves. We use our own product, and creative side projects are encouraged.
$2,000/year for courses, conferences, books, or tools. Stay sharp and keep growing.
Unlimited PTO with a 3-week minimum. We trust you to manage your time and recharge when you need to.
Small team, no bureaucracy. You'll have real impact from week one. Ideas go from sketch to production in days, not quarters.
We're always looking for exceptional people. Send us a note and tell us what you'd bring to Cinee.
